A friend told me today "When God asks you to wait it seems like forever but when He starts moving it usually happens before you know it, it happens so fast right before your eyes."
These moments of waiting, these times in the desert -- it's all preparation, there is a mountain to climb, an ocean to cross. And right now I'm just waiting, slowly waiting, for you to take me there. Once I get there, I'll know. But for now I will just have faith, I will just wait, and stay here where you have led me. Be obedient, Rachel. Sometimes all He wants from me is simple obedience.
Slow is the preparation, but quick are You to move mightily when You will and when You want.
That is what I will wait for.
